- Your tasks are particularly varied and designed to ensure the smooth functioning of the customer's systems and processes
- You will analyse any faults or problems that arise by connecting directly to the respective customer machine or its automation using the remote maintenance software
- You will advise customers on application problems and provide them with practical support, whenever they need you
- You also coordinate the planning of service calls together with the customer and production, whereby your communication skills are always in demand
- You support the external service technicians (m/f/d) by telephone when they are working directly on site at the customer's premises and need quick support
- You are in constant communication with the application technology, development and design departments so that you can respond optimally to new requirements and keep everyone involved as well informed as possible
Anforderungen
- Your completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d), industrial mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your expertise
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
- With your practical experience in remote maintenance, technical service or customer support, you bring valuable knowledge to the table, technical service or customer support, you bring valuable knowledge
- you are characterised by a sound technical understanding in the areas of mechanical and plant engineering, especially if you also have know-how in the field of automation technology
- the confident use of remote maintenance tools and modern communication software is part of your daily tools of the trade
- customer-oriented communication is effortless, so that your explanations of even complex technical issues are always understandable
- organisational talent and enjoyment of teamwork and cross-departmental cooperation round off your profile
