- You will operate and control our injection moulding machines independently and ensure an efficient production process
- During production, you will start, stop and monitor the machines and keep an eye on all process parameters such as temperature, pressure and cycle times, temperature, pressure and cycle times
- you react quickly to faults or error messages and initiate appropriate measures
- you carry out tool changes - the installation and removal of injection moulds - routinely and precisely
- you are responsible for making machine settings and optimising the parameters according to the material used and the product requirements
- the provision of materials, including plastics, masterbatches and, if necessary, additives, is your responsibility
- you carefully check finished parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and function to ensure consistently high product quality
- you regularly clean machines and tools and carry out minor maintenance work such as lubrication or replacing wearing parts
Anforderungen
- You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in working with production machines, ideally you have already worked on injection moulding systems
- Basic knowledge of injection moulding and plastics technology will help you, master technical challenges with confidence
- An understanding of technical drawings, operating instructions and production plans is one of your strengths and will support you in your day-to-day work
- In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
