- You will carefully check and validate incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
- With independent responsibility, you will record supplier invoices in the ERP system and ensure proper account assignment
- You will prepare payment runs,
- You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the supplier master data
- With regular account reconciliations, you will ensure complete and correct vendor data
- You will be responsible for monitoring outstanding receivables and ensuring timely payment by customers
- In the event of late payment, you will take over the dunning process and communicate professionally with defaulting customers:inside
- Supporting you in the context of the annual financial statements
Anforderungen
- You have completed commercial training as well as additional further training in the field of accounting (excluding payroll accounting)
- With relevant professional experience in accounting, you bring valuable practical knowledge
- You are characterised by sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Very good German language skills make it easier for you to communicate within the team and with external partners
- A committed and structured way of working rounds off your profile
