First, we determine your needs together - location, profile, time period. In the next step, we discuss conditions and conclude a service agreement (including the Temporary Employment Act). We then provide you with qualified employees and take over the employer and billing function.
A personnel service provider offers various solutions - e.g. temporary employment, personnel placement or outsourcing. In the case of temporary employment, the employees remain employed by the service provider and are temporarily deployed in your company.
The process: Clarification of requirements → Profile requirements → Candidate selection (database, active sourcing) → Examination & presentation of candidates → Conclusion of contract and assignment. At the same time, support is provided until the position is successfully filled.
