Job description

  • You will process incoming mail and carry out a wide range of administrative tasks in a reliable and structured manner
  • With a professional demeanour, you will forward telephone calls and greet customers at reception
  • Distribute health and safety materials responsibly during plant tours
  • Distribute health and safety materials and contribute to the safety of everyone involved
  • Coordinate the organisation of appointments with the company doctor independently and keep an eye on all deadlines
  • Create and maintain statistics and document management carefully, ensuring transparency and order
  • for interviews, you coordinate appointments with applicants and managers and ensure that everything runs smoothly

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Your first experience in a similar position will give you confidence in your day-to-day work
  • You are confident with MS Office applications and use them for your daily work
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour make you the first point of contact for customers, applicants and colleagues
  • as an organisational talent, you always maintain an overview, even with several tasks at the same time, and set priorities confidently
