- You will process the quality incident reports administratively in the SAP system and ensure complete documentation
- You will be responsible for the administrative processing of SAP tickets and ensure that every enquiry is processed promptly
- You will use SAP, MS SharePoint and MS Excel and ensure that all information is maintained correctly
- You send enquiries by email and are available as a contact person (m/f/d) for queries so that everyone involved feels that they are in good hands
Requirements
- Your successfully completed commercial training forms the basis of your qualification
- Ideally, you have a technical understanding and can use this to support your day-to-day tasks
- A confident command of German and good written and spoken English will help you to communicate at various levels
- You feel confident in using MS Office and use the programmes routinely for your daily tasks
- SAP knowledge is desirable for you, but not a must - you are open to familiarising yourself with new systems
- A structured way of working and your ability to grasp new topics quickly make it easier for you to work on them
- Team orientation, sociability and communication skills characterise you in particular and make you a valuable member of any working group
